Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a comparable carrier depending on destination and weight. Total processing time can range from 3 to 14 days based on product availability, and in rare cases (pre-orders or restocks) may take up to 4–6 weeks.
Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 4–10 business days from the date the order ships. Priority service typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a complete street address at checkout. Additional charges may apply for oversized or overweight items; if so, we will contact you before shipping. For international orders, any duties, taxes, customs charges, or related fees are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
If you haven’t received a refund you were expecting, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at customer@gdtwear.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email customer@gdtwear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How to return an item
Email customer@gdtwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive return instructions. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
